Number-gauge drills use designations such as #7. The number is a defined diameter, not a count or product quantity.
Use the kit instruction as the authority
Drill style can change chip clearing and entry quality, but it does not change the required bore. Confirm the exact size, tube, and barrel orientation for the specific kit before drilling.
